Though we are all soooo elated to open up our doors again, COVID-19 still exists and we will be enforcing every policy to ensure the safety of our guests and ourselves. If you have an appointment or are interested in one, please read the following:
We will be reopening on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Appointments may be booked or rescheduled by phone only for the time being.This is to ensure that we can schedule in a way that minimizes the amount of people in the waiting area at the same time so that we can socially distance responsibly.
To address the challenge of safely providing a close contact treatment, there are a few changes that will be implemented. Here is what your next service will look like:
for the moment, we will be seeing only one client at a time. Therefore please do your best to be on time, as we will need an adequate amount of time to disinfect throughly before our next client.
For your safety, all the touch points from spa door, reception area, credit card machine and treatment room will be fully disinfected before and after your treatment.
We will be wearing face masks and face shields. Gloves have been deemed unnecessary by Quebec Health & Safety, however ongoing hand washing and sanitizing before, during and after treatment continues to be rigorous.
You will be asked text or phone Ashton Wellness at 514-813-5990 when you park your car.A staff member will respond by text or phone when we are ready for you to come upstairs.We will open the door for you from the hallway to the spa interior
You must be wearing a mask from the moment the door is open until you leave the premises. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have a mask, or forget your mask you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.Masks can be made of fabric if surgical masks are not available to you. we have provided video link from the CDC that instructs how to make a mask from everyday objects you have at home (a t-shirt and rubber bands) Click HERE to view the video. We will not be providing masks for you.
There will be no extra guests allowed to accompany you to your appointment.No children, spouses or friends will be admitted.
There will no longer be heavy blankets available in the treatment rooms.During lash and facial treatments we will make every effort to keep the room comfortable for you but if you tend to be cold, you may want to wear something cozy and warm.
We can no longer linger in the waiting area after the treatment. The results of your treatment, any recommendations and your next appointment will be discussed in the treatment room with your staff member once you are dressed and have opened the door.
Upon departure, a staff member will open the spa door for you to exit.
Please reschedule your appointment if in the last 48 hours you or anyone you have been in contact with have experienced any of these symptoms: - fever - cough - sore or scratchy throat - body aches - nausea - diarrhea - stomach cramps - headaches - loss of taste and or smell - any other odd symptoms
If you experience any of the above, please contact us for an appointment after you are completely symptom free for at least 1 week. If you or someone you have been in contact with has tested positive for Covid, you are welcome to rebook after 21 days from date of positive result as long as there are no symptoms.
Late Cancellation Policy In the past, Ashton Wellness has been very strict regarding our 24 hour cancellation policy.In light of how quickly health issues are arising, we are waiving this policy and we ask that if you feel ill in any way that you contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty until further notice.
Payments For the time being, we will accept only credit, debit and e-transfer.E-transfers must be sent before your service as it can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours for the transaction to be sent to us.E-transfers can be sent by email to email@example.com with the password to be determined between the client and the administration in advance.
We realize that this may be inconvenient for some of you.If you wish to tip your staff member in cash, we ask that it be placed in a small ziplock bag previous to your arrival. Please note, we cannot make change.
Price changes Due to the increase in costs (labor and additional materials) to provide a safe service, there will be an increase of approx. 6% per treatment.
